Both. We want to rent at first, but are interested in meeting with a buyer's agent as well so that we can learn more about the area and find out what neighborhoods would be a good fit for us to buy in.

Do your homework! Find some listings that you like and contact a few Realtors. I don't think it is allowed to mention specific names on the forum. As long as you are renting 1st you will have plenty of time to interview Realtors when you are ready to buy, chances are the Realtor that finds you a rental also does sales. Good luck!
