We are looking to move to Boca Raton, possibly this summer. We have a 13 year old son and want to move somewhere where the schools - middle school and high school - are good and safe. We also want to move to neighborhood that has kids, not just retirees. Any suggestions?

Jupiter is a little far north for us. Anymore suggestions for around Boca Raton and Ft. Lauderdale?

THIS. .

Spanish River and Omni are regarded as good Public schools. Generally, of a high caliber. Most students do go onto a 4 year university out of Spanish River...not all, but most. and graduation rates at Spanish River are at an acceptable level

We have been very happy with both schools...again I think it really is very subjective and becomes a personal choice....We knew what we were looking for in a school and it was just a great fit...Boca High is also a very good school as well so either HS would be just fine, although I would not opt to go to Boca Middle...

My oldest is in 8th at St Andrews he will continue there for high school. My husband graduated from Spanish River High. We are zoned for Spanish River but are choosing to keep him in private. River is a great school though, he has a lot of friends there.
