I was looking over their properties for sale and some of them seem fairly nice and reasonable. What are the pros and cons of buying from them?

If you can get it they are a good way to go. 3% down, no PMI, no appraisal needed, reasonable interest rate, and they will usually pay your closing costs if the offer is good enough. Once in awhile they rehab the property too if it's needed.
