I am moving to West Palm Beach in a few months and I need some info on Mediterranea Townhomes in Palm Beach Gardens. Is it a safe neighborhood? What about schools in the area?

Thanks.

Smile Mediterranea

I just viewed these townhomes today and they are very nice. I cannot say with certainty that the area is without problems as much of South Florida is; however, we are relocating from Riviera Beach and this is definitely a step up as far as safety. They do have 24 hour security and home intrusion alarms. I would double-check the schools online. We relocated from out of state and I was not happy with the schools in Riviera Beach, but may contemplate Palm Beach Gardens schools or stick with the charter school my children are currently attending.

Gathering information for a family member. Anyone can comment on PBG public schools, please post, or DM. Thanks.

Schools are not the driver of quality - students are.
The superiority that people desire resides in the socio-economic and cultural composition of the student body. Most people won't face this reality as it is not politically acceptable.
Sorry, but if the neighborhood "rolls over", it won't matter how good the school is - er, was.
