Those Oaks housewives are a scary group of cougars.....lol. No way, no how....

HA JC your so right I know a few of them...and my aunt mind you in the middle of the restaurant we went for my daughters birthday, says yeah and wow I will have to deal with the Boca B's Im like OMG ok you need to lower your voice...LOL
yes JC they are looking on the Intercoastal as well but a lot of the houses need work or don't suit them I don't know Ive seen some beautiful homes I'd park my butt in with no problems They did put an offer in at lighthouse point however way too many inspection issues so they walked away a few days ago....they live on Hillsboro mile now where they have 3 terrace's that over look the Ocean and the Intercoastal the reason why they didnt make the offer in the oaks was because it was too west for them and in the end my uncle loves being near water

I agree with you about Azura, but the Preserve I guess for that money I don't want to live right next door to the Cemetery....

We've decided to buy in Azura! The lot we've bought was the last one left on that particular corner with homes going up very quickly. And it looks like we'll move in this November. Thanks so much ladies, I wouldn't even have heard about it without you guys!

Oh and Swim, azura falls in the Calusa, Omni, spanish River school district. My only problem with the location is that it falls in the 'unincorporated' area between boca and delray, but I think we'll still be able to enjoy all the city's amenities, and I hope the local government services will be equally good.

Congrats DC Im so glad you liked that development It certainly is beautiful
and dont worry about it not being in unincorporated boca most of boca is unincorporated and Woodfield Country Club and Broken Sound are unincorporated Boca per my friend who lives there...We are in unicorporated Boca as well where we lived...I promise you will be happy with the schools!!

hey not all of us are ladies!
Congrats on your purchase.
If you could check in as the build goes on I'm sure there are others that are interested in building in there.
Considering there aren't many other community new construction options in Central Boca I wouldn't be too concerned about it filling out.
