Hi. We are renting a place in Abacoa which is in Jupiter. 4 bed 4 bath plus den townhome for 2100/month. You are correct that rentals are tough in this area. When we came down this was the only 4 bedroom on the market in our price range. The area is great. It is safe and there is lots for kids to do. Across the street there is a skate park, basketball and squash courts and a playground. A block down is tennis courts and swimming pool. They have activities most weekends like outdoor movies and car shows. The schools are lighthouse elementary, beacon cove grades 3-5 and independance middle school. The middle school is less than 1 block away. They are all top rated schools. Not sure when you are planning your move but our place will be available next month because we are buying a house. I looked a little in palm beach gardens but there was so much traffic in that area that I ruled it out. Jupiter is a little quieter in my opinion but still close to the shopping in PBG. Abacoa is only a few miles from the beach. If you have any other questions feel free to contact me.

Hi bonbeat - was it hard to find a 4 bedroom at that price point? It sounds too goo to be true. We are looking for a three bedroom, but a 4 would be better as 4th bedroom would work as an office for husband.
