We've been renting in Olympia for the last 3 years now and although we're not pleased with the subdivision we're in, we're considering buying next year in another subdivision or even take advantage of new construction. I've also been looking at some Olympia homes in realtor.com and the HOA fees seem to range widely which I don't understand. We also were considering Equestrian Trails Elementary, although drop-off in the morning seems to be a nightmare.
