today, officially at the airport marked the day that we have had 48 days this year of at least 90° or higher.... this tied the old record of 90°+ days in 2007. Offical average is 15 days. What a summer!
Then torrential rains and storms roared in with vivid lightning... some areas reported 4 inches of rain and some roads in the urban areas had to be closed! More torrential tropical rains expected again tomorrow!
