The northern Great Lakes/south -central Canada has as been stuck in a pattern of low pressure/rain/clouds for 10 days or so. Both to the west, and east has had high pressure. Here on the East Coast, many areas in the last week have not had a cloud in the sky, it's been sunny, and hot because the high is right over us. In a few days, the pattern will shift, and your location will be under the ridge. All patterns break down eventually.
I'm sure it will break down, just hopefully before the end of the month.
Absolute TRASH weather pattern right in time for June
Cloudy, rainy weather in the forecast for the next week here at a time of year where it's supposed to be sunny and bright. For the love of god, I can only hope this breaks down before the end of the month. The longest days of the year should be sunny and warm.
I feel for ya, had plenty of those times when I was living in Connecticut and southern New England. I'll try and send you some of the Las Vegas / Southwest heat wave that I'm in now, love the sun and no humidity but wouldn't mind it being just a bit cooler, at least at night.
Warmest night of the year so far - 17C was the low at 6am.
Tonight will be warm, 25C, and then thunderstorms expected in the evening, followed by cooler temperatures into the weekend, but it looks like there will be a warm up mid-month.
Lets hope you get something between June 10-15, in my area there is precipitation expected. 0.3” for June 10, 2.6” for June 11, 4” for June 12, 1.2” for June 13, 0.1” for June 14, and 1.4” for June 15. Maybe you will get some in June 12, 4” predicted for me, lets hope you get that too, the drought has to end, I pray for that.
Dip Baby Dip. But of course this can't happen in the winter. lol
Perfect June weather happening. 50s at night, 70s in the day. Lack of humidity (which is a big issue here)
Looks like we'll barely crack the 60F mark today. And Monday not at all (forecast high of 57F)? Lows in the mid 40s to low 50s for the next few days.
