Here on the East Coast, many areas in the last week have not had a cloud in the sky, it's been sunny, and hot because the high is right over us. In a few days, the pattern will shift, and your location will be under the ridge. All patterns break down eventually.
I'm sure it will break down, just hopefully before the end of the month.

Stellar day here today reaching 29C and sunny in the north end of Toronto. Totally unexpected as it was initially looking overcast and rainy today.

Cloudy, rainy weather in the forecast for the next week here at a time of year where it's supposed to be sunny and bright. For the love of god, I can only hope this breaks down before the end of the month. The longest days of the year should be sunny and warm.
I feel for ya, had plenty of those times when I was living in Connecticut and southern New England. I'll try and send you some of the Las Vegas / Southwest heat wave that I'm in now, love the sun and no humidity but wouldn't mind it being just a bit cooler, at least at night.

Warmest night of the year so far - 17C was the low at 6am.

Tonight will be warm, 25C, and then thunderstorms expected in the evening, followed by cooler temperatures into the weekend, but it looks like there will be a warm up mid-month.

Ocean temps warming fast now with the southerly flow and recent hot temperatures along the East Coast. Cold water now confined from Boston northward.

17 - 20 C (60 - 69 F) from Virginia Beach to Long Island Sound...

21 - 24 C (70 -75 F) from Outer Banks to north Florida...

Dip Baby Dip. But of course this can't happen in the winter. lol

Perfect June weather happening. 50s at night, 70s in the day. Lack of humidity (which is a big issue here)

Looks like we'll barely crack the 60F mark today. And Monday not at all (forecast high of 57F)? Lows in the mid 40s to low 50s for the next few days.
