My HS started at 8:30, more rarely 8:10 or 9:05 and lasted till 4:40 or 5:35 most days.

The start times at my high school varied because the school was so large (4,000 students), and you had the option to change it if you wanted. I believe it went 7:20, 8:10, & 9:00. I usually started at 9:00, they always tried to give me a 7:20 start time, but due to a 1.5 hour commute (one way) that just wasn't feasible, although I would've loved to get out early.

I tried 7:20 for one semester and I was always late, half of the time I'd miss my first class completely.

We start at 8:50 and finish at 3:10, with 30 mins for break 1 and 25 mins for break 2. I have the school ball tomorrow!
