Depends, there's plenty of boreal climates I wouldn't mind living in such as Oulu, Finland. But if it's a climate like Tromsø, Norway, then I'd rather be in London.

There's something quite attractive about a big boreal forest full of conifers with deep snow, until you realise it has to be cold.
