While I was living in Panama City, Panama, 93F / 33.8C with 90% humidity. It was a very sticky situation.

80 F / 27 C is my absolute max for long pants. My ideal shorts cutoff is 50-59 F / 10-15 C.

I lose the sweater at 20 F / -7 C, unless it's windy, then up to 40 F / 4 C, but that is rare. If you ever see me in a sweater/hoody at above freezing temperatures, you've witnessed a VERY rare sight.
