Wow-I'm shocked that they actually have winters colder than mine, both average temps and records. How often does snow accumulate there? I'm guessing like once every 10-20 years or so? Like us, they have bone dry summers (although much hotter than mine) and some rainfall in winter.
Very interesting find -- a (somewhat) high altitude (~850 m) Saudi climate. I'm not sure what to make of it -- are the chillier winters a worthy price to pay for the milder (but still hot) summers? I think so. I give it a C+.
B. Those winters are impressively cold for 31N, and it's not even at high elevation. Summers are not as humid as on the coast which is a plus point. Look at those temperature ranges in the autumn and spring months, worthy of a continental climate.
