There are three cities in Spain that gets more than 100 days per year above 30º C, according to 1971-2000 official standard climate values:
Murcia 105
Sevilla 116
Córdoba 120.
There are also some cities than gets less than 20 days per year.
Most of them are located in the coastal areas of northwestern quadrant of Spain, being one of the coldest places in maximum averages during summer because they get Cfb oceanic climate.
The only exception is Barcelona, because the sea breeze in summer months usually keep the temperature below 30º C:
