Cali is having a heat wave!!! AWWW, if I could only afford to live there, but when I read that the avg. rent is 1500 a month, reality set in. Way above my budget.
If you don't need to live in a big city, there are plenty of smaller towns and cities. Redding, Bakersfield, Fresno, Sacramento, Davis, McKinleyville, and plenty of others.
