Figures are from my private weather station which is inner city and about 4 km/2.5 miles away from our official weather station (located very close to the sea shore).
March 2013 was very cold this year- in fact it was the coldest march in at least 60 years with a mean of just 0°C,
which was 4 degrees below our longterm average.
So it's no surprise that our March low was lower than our low of February, however there was a short spring warmth in the beginning, that's when the 15.1°C was recorded, a few days after that the high temperature did not climb above 6°C anymore until the end of the month and we even had four days
with subfreezing highs which occurs rarely in March.
The following data is not taken from a place, where I'm currently living, but from a city, where I'll move to in the near future. Its climate is somewhat warmer overall than that of my current hometown.

Some comments:
- July, August and especially November 2012 were much hotter than usual
- April 2013 was way above average but May 2013 was below average (the highest temp 27C was reached on May 1st and it really belongs to the late-April heatwave)
