Unusual late May snow in northeast U.S., Europe (PICTURES)

Link above has it all... As far as the U.S, here's just a few highlights.

St Johnsbury, VT latest measureable snow happened this year out of the last 119 yrs

“The 0.1″ of snow that accumulated last night (May 26, 2013) in Saint Johnsbury, VT (Elevation of about 700 feet) as measured by our long term cooperative observers there was the latest measurable snowfall on record.The previous record was 2.0″ on May 20th, 1912 “

"Mount Mansfield in Stowe, Vermont, had 13.2 inches of snow on Sunday, the latest in the season it’s ever had a foot"

Syracuse and Binghamton NY record latest snow as well.

NWS Vermont said it was a "very Rare" event

Record cold as well hit the East from Georgia to Maine during this memorial day weekend 2013

Kind of interesting... but i think this does NOT disprove a global warming trend. Cold waves happen all the time, this one is just more intense.

Thanks for posting but Just the fact that those words were used kinda implys my theory out there.
