In NYC you have to move your car quite often for street cleaning. And those snow piles don't make it easier to find parking.

And yes, you are right, to someone from northern England this climate actually has warmer summers then what I'm used to and it's a lot sunnier and a lot wetter. But as someone who actually spent a winter in Toronto when over 200cm of snow fell, I can assure you it wasn't an issue for me, I don't mind shoveling snow, I'd rather shovel snow then do other chores to be honest. And, these winters are fairly moderate by Canadian standards, they're okay for me.

As I said before, people know my preferences, I dislike heat, and I enjoy cold, snowy weather, and I've experienced it full hand and enjoyed it. So, really, there's no point in trying to get me to dislike it because I already know what I want.

Now, what point are you trying to make here?
I guess my point is that, even though I do like snow, for me the inconvenience of having THAT much snow outweighs the benefits. Hence, the D rating.

A, temps almost perfect for my tastes but given the snow free periods in winter will have to dock it.

A, good climate, good sunshine distribution (relatively cloudy summers and sunny winters). Nonethenless, it has more precipitation than I like, and regular snowfall in May is too much for me, even when I like snow.
