A is too cold for April, C way too rainy, therefore B is my choice, although that too isn't quite ideal, it is the closest to it. Plus its the only one to feature thunder storms! (I'm assuming that's what the T stands for anyway, I'm sure it's not for tornado lol actually just reread the description and it does mention thunder lol).

B is the best despite the somewhat off-putting high diurnal range.

B is the only one that looks like a decent spring. A is a subarctic mess and C is maritime puke.
