my daughter wants to have a white christmas......I have family in renton, where can I go close to take her to see snow

Snoqualmie Pass, approx 45 miles from Renton.

It has been a decade or more since we had a snowy winter in Wenatchee.

I'm not sure what you call "very affordable housing", but Wenatchee does not have that. It does have cheap power and very short commutes.

Given the criteria.... Spokane is their best bet. Lots of health care jobs in Spokane.
