Huge wind storm last night with lots of rain. Puddles and branches everywhere. Thankfully, no big limbs came down.

Yes, the new storm is really bringing heavier rain with temps still in the 40s .... for now. We caught a nice little sunbreak in the later afternoon which I managed to enjoy even if brief.

Yesterday at home in Sammamish at 615' our power went out 6 times, but never more than a few seconds. Just enough to mess up the clocks and restart the cable box a couple of times. When I left at 5am this morning we had snow flakes mixed with the light rain until I got down the hill to a lower elevation then just rain. On I90 in Mercer Island it stopped, and no rain in Seattle, where the roads were still dry.

We were without power for all of yesterday. Got it back last night and were happy to have it!

This morning woke up to just a trace of snow. Possibility now for more snow, we'll see!

We lost power from like 2-8PM, which was annoying, but happy that none of our trees/neighbors' trees came crashing down.

We got our first snow of the winter last night. It only dropped ~ 1-2 inches which melted with the morning rains and warmer temps. It looks like more to come by Friday. Then over the weekend we get major arctic cool down with highs in the 20s and lows in the teens.

I can see a light layer of snow on the Olympic Foothills starting at 500 feet in elevation.
The lower peaks like the areas near Hurricane Ridge were really melting away this last month or so they don’t really have much snow.
Hopefully this forecast helps with that situation.

It's still dumping rain, overcast and in the high 30s here, no snow or cold yet but that's supposed to change tomorrow.

We have had quite the weather variety here today.
Mostly clear 40’s with a heavy wind.
Soon as the heavy winds stopped it became very dark and then we had a hail storm.
I just left our shop and saw this.
