Is there any reason to consider any response from a politician to another politician of merit?

I agree the current state of affairs and communication is quite juvenile, but many of us were equally set off by the previous CiC as 'The Capital example of snarky condescension',

Don't turn your back on any wild animal, including a snake. You need to deal with that.

The elites will meet and eat, and cost us a lot of money and grief, but they will DO nothing... Support the worker bees who are laying their life on the line, and doing their job in spite of the barriers erected by leadership. Just like most jobs / bosses. Success is getting results while being blockaded by your boss and petty rules. (and cry-baby co-workers). And now 'Tweeting' people in power who have a huge power, confidence and credibility deficit.

Just git-er-done, and move on. (be very grateful you are not one of 'them' slithering on your belly.)
Pretty much says it all.

So yeah, your side has been shedding voters for a long time. You can thank me later for connecting the (obvious) dots for you.

That you think this is just about Trump tells us all we need to know about your political knowledge.
And how many were gained back after Trump was elected? The house flipped back to the Democrats, if you don't remember.

Anyway, the middle ground floating voters aren't the ones to boast about how awesome Trump is. It's the die-hard Republicans who pretend to be middle ground (or worse, former Democrats) who shout the loudest.

I don't care for Inslee, I didn't vote for him, but it's pretty funny when Trump is accusing him of being underhand. Grifters don't like each other, too much competition is bad for their pocket.

As a resident of the state of Washington I can say without a doubt Inslee is snake. Governor Inslee, the county commissioner and the mayor of Seattle sat on their hands and did nothing. They left the residents of that affected nursing home there until a lot of them died while sitting in their plush offices wring their hands and blaming everyone but themselves.

Inslee is egotistic to be sure, but he could never be as bad as Trump even if he spent the rest of his life trying to catch up in criminality and general dirtbagginess.

What goes around... comes around.

A USA travel ban for WA and CA is not much skin off DC / NYC snakes, but will seriously curtail millions 'out-west', when the transmission is very small controllable pockets in each state . (as far we know at this point, which is minimal at best)

Can hardly wait for the next shoe to drop. (Watch out!)

Crunch...

Not really, I was born and raised here in Washington State as well and was a Democrat before that party took the crazy train to Far-Left Land. I was raised to be a Truman/Kennedy Democrat when the party use to care for the average American working man and woman AND had solid, yet not too crazy, family values.

I'm Center-Right and still support many of the former Democrat values like being Pro-Choice and I have no alliance to either party. Currently, I'm leaning toward Trump again, but before Biden started to show his age, as well as basically zero mental awareness. And more important, the stunt he pulled in the Ukraine to enrich his son and family, I was thinking he was what America needed, but not anymore. Biden will not be in control of anything and will only be a puppet to the real unelected power.

...Not now and not ever. Plus, the Democrat party has been hijacked by the Far-Left rich liberal elites who only look down to the lowly working class... Since they're more enlighten from being rich.

Washington State has issues and the main issue is that there is a clear divide between the people, who many were born and raised verse the new comers, who fled their former States for whatever reason(s) to only turn Washington into the same place they fled from.

It's funny, but being from Seattle, I'm now a foreigner on my own native soil.

It will never happen, but I seriously think this State needs to split into two separate States.

If you don't want to elect someone who will put unqualified members of his family into positions of power and wealth, showing his age, as well as basically zero mental awareness, then I have bad news for you about Trump.
