What would I be near if I lived near 7th and Fawcett?

Google maps shows food banks and detox centers. is that an accurate depiction?

I'm starting to think that I need to be north/west of Wright Park. Thoughts?

Thanks.

hi

7th and Fawcett is actually not that bad, but it most definitely has a lot of transient population near that area.
It's not completely commercialized, some of the homes are very old and beautiful. Some are very old and hideous.
Many owners of large homes converted them into 'rooms for rent', weekly rates. This contributes to the transient population.
It is also an area that does boast of more venues for shows, plays, etc.

Going towards Old Town or the North End ( Proctor District) you may find more amenable, depending on your inclinations. Far more residential but with plenty of choices for entertainment, more kids less transients.

Have fun!

Thank you!

Looking for a place to live, having never visited.

I think I'm going to end up a block or two near Stadium Thriftway.

Just rolling the dice!

Stadium District isn't bad, lovely area steeped with interesting architecture.

I've never moved somewhere I hadn't visited first, how exciting for you! I would be too chicken probably.

But regardless, I think you'll like the area and will learn lots from all sorts of people.

Gosh, you should have come this summer, what beautiful weather we've had! I really hate to see it end.

We are just getting into my weather. I dig cloud cover, fog, mist, and temps under 60.
Weather-wise, I want to live in a Tim Burton film.
