I like the Wheaton area for the variety of Asian restaurants, but I do not know if Virginia has anything comparable. MoCo also has Kosher options and Jewish delis that I didn't see in Virginia.

Are you looking for food trucks, and that sort of scene?

MoCo has a lot more delis due to the high Jewish population. NoVa has Peruvian chicken places seemingly everywhere, there seemed to be a lot less of them in MoCo.

NoVa has great Vietnamese and Korean food.

I usually dine out about 3 times a week, most often in Rockville, Silver Spring, Bethesda, Gaithersburg and Laurel. I go to Arlington, Tysons and Alexandria sometimes too.

I think that both MoCo and NoVa have a wide variety of restaurants. DC does too of course. Although it is more expensive to dine there because of the 10% tax.

BTW, I think people should try Beclaws if they haven't. It is a cajun restaurant in Hyattsville.

I hear Jerrys Seafood mentioned a lot. I am particular to Timbuktu's, but they are in the Baltimore area.

It is not in the DMV, but I was impressed with the crab cake I had at the Rusty Scupper in the Baltimore Inner Harbor.
