Thanks for the input! After visiting 7 schools and countless houses between the two areas we decided on Crofton.

Lightbulb Crofton

Longtime Crofton resident:

PRO- Very family friendly community and low crime area. Good schools and based upon the house location walkable. They are 50%+ completed on construction of the new Crofton High School set to begin a graduated opening in 2020. Close to Washington/Baltimore & BWI Airport.

CON- Traffic congestion on Md. Route 3 is bad during rush hours & heavy other times. Proposed townhouse development at the entrance to Crofton ("The Enclave") has become a big political issue in our community trying to stop it. Home are selling, but prices are trending upward.
