I like the fact that the NH has those long piers where you can actually walk out into the river. The overall aesthetics and design are much better imo.
It's 1/4 the size. The piers must be good. I've never been on them, just boated around them. Could NH sustain something the size of IH?

Probably. Especially since it is near DC and NOVA. Although DC is great to have not everyone wants to go there to meet all of their recreational needs (hence the popularity of suburban destinations). Not to mention that the dearth of restaurants and entertainment venues in PG would provide a steady base of visitors. From what I have seen, what is considered IH has grown over time.My guess is the same will happen for the NH.

Is it only a fourth the size? The part where most people are walking doesn't seem a fourth the size. Nonetheless, I generally find it more vibrant than the IH.

The restaurants at either one are nothing to write home about.

I like how the lights on the piers at the NH are constantly changing colors as you walk down them. And the lighting of the WW Bridge is a nice backdrop. Makes for a nice date.

The club on top of the Gaylord has an off the chain sound system. They put at least $350,000 grand into that setup.

They're both beautiful. The National Harbor is still developing and picking up, so the Baltimore Inner Harbor is obviously going to be a bigger attraction FOR NOW. Who knows what the future holds. I personally like the Inner Harbor better because it has better access to the bay. The National Harbor is just the Potomac River. But the water at the National Harbor is a lot cleaner. I think they both have their great individual amenities.

Living near NH and visit IH often I would say that IH is better. Completely subjective but I like the restaurants available at IH, the ships that you can tour, the aqaurium, and the layout.

Well IMP balt harbor of course its been around longer, buuutttttttttttttttt I do love Natl Harbor ,oh yes i do ,and it is a lil closer ,getting there by care is not that long but taking public transportation of course is gonna take a lil longer.but their are still building up natl harbor so give it a chance ,as the years go by theyll be always building up something over there, imo again i think PG cnty did a good job to build something over there.im wondering what made them to decide to build Natl Harbor was it because pg cnty needed more money or what,or did they need to bring some type of vacation destination to MD for locals.
