Just because Bowie continues to increase with African Americans migrating from DC does not equate to a so called downward spiral to a depression of quality values in Prince Georges County.

If people are moving to Bowie, which has arguably been considered the best part of PG for a long time, because it's more affordable than where they previously lived, what chance does the rest of the county have? There aren't many places that were more expensive than Bowie.

Bowie, Laurel and Upper Marlboro are still pricier than inside the Beltway... You can add FT Washington and Brandywine to the list as well.

I keep reminding myself that the only reason why I haven't put him/her on my Ignore List is because s/he can be hilarious with the typical outlandish statements
