Hi all,

We've been living in the Fallsgrove area of Rockville and are looking at a townhouse on college parkway in Rockville. I don't know much about that area and was wondering if anyone did.

Thanks,
Dawn

It's a nice area. It is sandwiched between 2 school campuses, Montgomery College (community college) and College Gardens Elementary. There is a strip mall with local grocery store nearby called Magruders along with an Indian grocery store and some restaurants. I like the area in general and did consider living there at one point.

Also keep in mind that this is not the Falls Grove area, rather this is the College Gardens area.

Hmmm...I think I know that area, and if I'm not mistaken, its in a no man's land between the Rockville and Shady Grove metro stations, right? Assuming you care about metro...

You can say that. There is at least one bus line served by RideOn but it doesn't go to SHady Grove and terminates at Falls Grove.
