So I was looking on the internet and I found something interesting.. on the block of First Ave there is 3 apartment complexes. 1. is the Georgian. 2. is the Charter house. 3. Georgia West. I read all positive reviews on the Georgia West... but the other 2 receive negative ratings... Should I be concerned seeing as though they are on the same block and MAY face the same problems?

The reviews of the Georgia West mentioned two construction pluses, plaster walls and double windows. These are permanent, and apparently contribute to the quiet.

The other thing I noticed was that the reviewers mention the personalities of the staff. You can only hope these people remain on staff.

However, sometimes these reviews should like they were written by the owners. At least the building is worth looking at. Good Luck!
