Like the distant ones, like White Rock, Langley, Abootsford, etc? Or is the entire Lower Mainland $1 million dollar shacks?

White Rock is a bit expensive, because it is a richer area. Langley and Abbotsford are cheaper. $1 million houses are mostly in the city of Vancouver and some of Burnaby and Richmond. North and West Vancouver are expensive due to their wealth.

But you cannot expect to get a mansion for under $1 million. It might be possible in other parts of Canada, but not Vancouver. There are condos for about $200,000 in the city and houses for that price in suburbs.
