I was listening to Chris Rea "Driving Home For Christmas". He sings " top to toe in tailbacks". What is he talking about? Is this related to dress? I am pretty sure he is from England. Thanks.

``Underrated but very serious in your quest to minimal hyperstardom is the minimal scarf. Normally used by French artists say to the world "hey I am an artist, shuchameblah" this is now a sure-fire way to let everyone else know - hey I am down with the minimal sound. Current minimal hypsters who sport the minimal scarf include Luciano, Ricardo, Richie, Magda, Troy and Marc Houle.``

I`ve looked around and it looks to be street talk connected to a music movement, probably mainland European, called `Minimal`. Past that I don`t know,,,,,,,,,,,,,Nor to be honest care..

i just stuck that in Google and it comes up with about 10 identical paragraphs. There appears to be some circular called The Ten Commandments on how to become a minimal hypster doing the rounds, but it's way over my head.

Hey I'm an artist, i've got paint all over my trousers. No really.
