I was perusing topics for C2C, and on tomorrow night's show they're going to discuss "Negative NDE's". From the show's description:
Quote:
Nancy Evans Bush talks about her negative Near Death Experience, in which she was told that nothing matters, and her life wasn't real.
I initially did not want to hear about this, but now my curiosity is piqued, as perhaps the experience isn't so "negative" as it's just different from what others recall and perhaps people are just realizing that our lives are just a "sandbox" rather than a "cosmic growing experience" or something of the sort...perhaps we're not intended to take life seriously and we're just to have fun with it. Can somebody here with experience in this matter expound on this topic?

Interesting alternative look at the subject. One has to realize that this mystery will never be really solved. One explanation is that it is an internal hallucination caused by the brain's synapses going haywire during the body shutting down. interesting subject.

I do not have experience with this but I am very curious and interested. I do not usually stay up late enough for Coast to Coast - maybe you can come back tomorrow with an update. I have always heard that Near Death Experinces were "cultural specific", but not a lot of other information.
