is the link expired? how long ago did you receive the e form? lots of people missed seeing them in their mail and the link is expired and they had to try to call to get an Agent to resend the email with the new link.
if the email is one resent to you. did you try using a different browser?. I thought the form mentions something about not using safari (if you are trying to do it from your iphone). i've seen others also say to try to do it incognito (private) when you click the link.
Can you still log into your DOL dasboard online account? just making sure the issue isn't actually with your log in to your DOL account versus the link they sent.
