you will have an overpayment issued for any weeks paid to you in 2021 for PUA benefits. But you're lucky in the sense they won't come back for those paid out for 2020. Dodged the bullet for those weeks of benefits, as well as all the supplemental weeks of payments (FPUC $600s and LWA $300s).

Scrap you've been a lot of help. So you're saying I'll have an over payment of my 208$ a week not counting the stimulus or the extra 300$? Or does that over payment include the extra 300$?

It will be include the FPUC $300s paid out in 2021. I was referring to the LWA $300s paid out in 2020 that wouldn't have to be paid back.

If I can show proof of jobs that denied me employment (automated email saying they found a better candidate), would that suffice in any way? I have at least half a dozen of them, showing I at least am trying to find employment. All emails are from 2019, 2020.

nn

Scraprsmith,

I had employment in both 2019 and 2020, the same employed the state reviewed during my initial claim. Will this suffice?

Also, I'm afraid to answer the questionnaire until the last day in the event I answer a question wrong and the DOL disqualifies me.,

My thoughts exactly. I'm even wondering if the state will actually go through with it. I have other friends on the PUA who has still never even received the email from the DOL, who were also unemployed pre-pandemic.

is it because you are unable to log into your DOL online dashboard account? is your password not working? remember passwords are case sensitive, need to have at least one cap and one special character. have you tried to reset the password?
