I want to keep this short and concise, just want to know if I will qualify in FL for unemployment and if so, how much will my weekly benefit amount be?

Jan 19' - March 19' - Gross wages were $11500

Apr 19' - June 19' - Gross wages were $9500

July 19' - Sept 19' - Gross wages were $8000

Oct 19' - Dec 19' - Gross wages were $0

*I am currently on PEUC with extended 13 weeks in another state and wont be able to apply for UI benefits in FL until beginning of July.

If I'm reading off Florida's UC website correctly. You max out at 275.00 a week, and that's what you would recieve. If you were in PA like me, you would making 442.00 a week.

FLA is well known for refusing "Unemployment claims".. and never recognized HC claims since they defunded Medicaid assistance.. etc etc.. Bureaucracy is a quagmire and those that live there while don't have pay a lot of taxes.. end up with ZERO beneficiaries of ANY benefits!

Get use to it! It's how many red States got increased Federal Funds over the years~~ Given current circumstances.. bailouts aren't coming anytime soon.. especially funding "unemployment benefits" that States are responsible for!! Fed's (McConnell) are more interested in appointing Judges at this point!!

There's an exposure to just how many of such States paid their bills.. Getting income from taxes at their source of revenue( Covid-19) however.. that income was Negated!!! how can such States deny they are exposing Citizens to dangers in order to Gain $$$

Lives lost versus $$ That's what unknown or exposed weaknesses is NOW SEEN!! Sorry, but living in FLA was your choice for whatever reason's NOW you have to live with their "SYSTEM"!! It is WHAT IT IS!!

Let us know IF you get ANYTHING out of this Health Pandemic that has crashed the Economy/LOSS of Life~~Hope you stay safe!!

same company just relocated, my separation is definitely qualifying as the company laid off hundreds due to cutbacks in late July.

So its the same employer just that I worked for them for 4 years and out of those 4 years - the most recent are in FL from January to July.

I already was approved and exhausted benefits from the other state
