I currently work for a non profit agency in their campus school. I am a teachers aide and it is a school for kids with emotional and developmental disabilities. We usually work the normal school year and then take 2 weeks off and work 6 weeks of summer. I am guaranteed to work every summer. Currently I am getting paid by my company because they have gotten paid for the rest of the year. The part I am worried about is summer. Normally schools do not get unemployment for summer, but under the system covering coved 19, is it different circumstances? If we are not allowed to run the summer program and I am out of work, can I get unemployment?
