what does the online account say? does it show claim amount and WBA? does online account show weeks that are payable? what was claim open date? this was updated schedule as of 4/15. that may change again with new claiming week starting tomorrow.
Normally for any week that is payable you can certify any day Sunday through Saturday (for the prior week ending Saturday).
Normally for NJ the first time you claim it's 17 days (a Wednesday) after your claim open date which is a Sunday. And the first time you claim it's usually is for 2 weeks and then weekly afterward.
BUT things aren't normal with the system overloaded thus why they implemented the schedule by SS#s and it has changed several times over the last month.
