I have been on unemployment since January after being laid off. Went to truck driving school in the meantime. Recently applied for a new truck driving job. Did an online orientation for them on 3/30 and was paid $200 for it. I never actually met anyone in person or worked for them outside of the online orientation. I did the one day orientation and was to meet up with a trainer the following day to start my driving career. However, training got pushed back for a week due to the pandemic. When the next week came, they called me and said that training was being stopped until the pandemic was over. I never actually worked for them, but I do believe that they technically hired me since I was paid for it. I claimed this money on my unemployment which reduced my benefits that week. However, now I received a message on my portal saying that I may be ineligible due to a new job. I filled out the paper and explained to them everything I just said above. They wanted to know why I didn't report the job. I explained that I wasn't for sure that I was hired and never physically started the job. I also pointed out that I did in fact claim the pay that I received for them. I know that I will be eligible either way since I was already on it or the fact that a new job is being halted directly due to the pandemic. However, my question is if my claim will just stay active since I was already receiving unemployment or will they make me refile everything like a new claim? I'm just nervous that I will have to do it all over again and it will take weeks or months to start payments again being that the system is so backed up. Also afraid that I will lose the extra $600 enhancement retroactively that I have been waiting on. Surviving on $150 a week now and losing the $600 and waiting several more weeks or months for a new claim to pay would be devastating right now. Any thoughts or has anyone been through this that can tell me what happened in their situation?

Appreciate it and will do. It does appear that I can file on Sunday. It says next filing date the 19th. My response to them to provide information wasn't actually due to the 21st but I just did it in case it would have delayed this week's filing.
