I submitted my claim over a month ago, and have been certifying for the weekly benefits when I'm advised to yet I've received no claim funds. I keep getting an error message " False Statement Penalty Week". Yet it doesn't give me any information as to what that means... does anyone know? When I'm asked to certify for the next week I get the same notice. This has been going on for a month, along with all oof my failed attempts to reach a rep by phone.

I tried the following method
Pressing 1-3-0, after you hear the "Welcome to EDD" (when you finally get through) but it doesn't get you straight to a live agent. It just bypasses some of the prompts.

When I'm finally pushed through the queue and "Waiting for the next available Rep", I'm then on hold for 30mins to an hour. The call is then answered with a message saying, "Due to the high number of calls we are unable to assist you at this time please call back later" then I'm disconnected.

Or I'm waiting to speak to someone and the line seems as if its picked up and Im just suddenly disconnected. Forced to call back and try to get through again, which takes an hour or an hour and a half of constantly calling back to back hoping to get through to wait just for the previous cycle to happen all over again. I've called every morning at 8AM EXACTLY and still cannot get anyone I try again throughout the 8AM-12PM office hours. It's been over month! I've been at this since March 16th... This is insane. Anyone have any advice?
