So I put in my first filing for PA today after receiving the PIN. I believe I'm making more than the maximum, so I don't expect anything, but just doing due diligence in case the $600 is tied to filing versus eligibility lol.

Anyway, I put in my new, reduced salary, but at the end received this:

As you indicated that you were employed for your normal full-time hours, your claim will be reviewed. If additional information is required, the UC Service Center staff will contact you.

Does this indicate that I made an error in doing the application, or is it just a poorly worded way to say I made too much?

Thanks!

I take it to mean it will be reviewed under the CARES bill since you experienced a reduction of hours (assuming yours was due to COVID).

I didn't experience a reduction in hours, salary was cut. I'm just concerned it said "As you indicated that you were employed for your normal full-time hours" because I don't remember indicating that. I'm trying to find a sample application to review but that's apparently impossible.

You chose to accept the new job at the new pay rate. As your hours were not reduced, you’re not eligible for UI benefits.
In order to receive the $600, you have to be eligible for at least $1 in benefits.

Reduction in salary qualifies in some states right? I thought it did.

So apparently I spoke with HR and my hours were technically cut. So how the hell do I fix this?

You were answering questions about two weeks prior. So you had to know whether or not your worked your normal full time hours that week or not. You indicated that you did. I am not sure what you mean by your hours were “technically” cut.
