Hello.
I filed my claim on 3/12 and first certified on 3/30. But, my bad, I made a mistake on certification. Immediately tried to call and fix it, but as you know it is impossible to get through the system, I've been trying for multiple times a day since 3/30.
When I call an automated system, status of my weeks is "not paid due to adjudication issue that hasn't been resolved".

What will happen next? Should I wait for a letter with interview time? Do they still do interviews considering how busy they are? Will I receive payments for next weeks if from now on I'll certify correctly?
Any advice? What can I do now to fix it?

Thank you

What mistake did you make on the certification? The mistake is key to knowing what may happen next.

Thank you for replying!
I replied NO to availability questions. Not sure why I misread it, I was sure it is asking me if I was "not available" and how many days I was available... In reality I WAS able and available and actively searching all those days.

Able and Available
Were you able to work and available for work each day during your normal work week?
Sun. 03/15 - Sat. 03/21--------------NO
Sun. 03/22 - Sat.03/28--------------NO

You must select the number of days you were unable to work and/or unavailable for work during your normal work week for the period of Sunday through Saturday.

This is what I've been doing since 3/30, I realized my mistake right away, but it was too late. No luck so far, even at 7:30 lines are busy(

Frequently Asked Questions - I believe I made a mistake on my certification...

They say you can only straighten that out by phone.

Good luck straightening it out. They can get simple things twisted up.

Be sure to have a solid work search record.

Keep filling out your claims on time. I highly doubt you will make the same mistake again. You will check it 27 times before you click submit.
