You've proven to be a valuable resource on all the UI Claims and going through the process. I of course came across this once I already file my claim. I filed my UI claim online and when it ask why I no longer work at my previous company, the reason I gave was "policy violation", which is exactly what was on my termination letter (fired was not an option). I had to chose for a list of dropdown options. My question is, will that be considered "fired" and by checking Policy Violation am I admitting misconduct? I do have a interview set up 2 weeks from now and per your recommendation, I won't be answering the phone.
Thanks in advance and I'll be sure to follow up with update.
