So I recieved my determination letter from the investigator last week and receive my payment and back pay up until week of march 31st. I went to claim my my benefits and had to do 2weeks, week ending apr 7 and ending apr 14. For the week of 7th it said processed but need to be manual reviewed due to the certification responses. The responses you provided while certifying require manual review in order to determine your eligibility for benefits. Please allow up to 5 business days for review of your certification responses before contacting a Reemployment Call Center regarding this certification. If your payment can be processed, you will receive another email when your payment has been sent to the bank, for deposit into your direct deposit account. In most cases, eligible claims will be paid within 2 business days.
And the one for apr 14th says not payable at this time.Your claim is not payable at this time.
If you have a pending appointment or if you have appealed a disqualification and are awaiting a determination, you have been given pended credit for week-ending 04/14/18. If a determination or an appeal decision is in your favor and no other disqualification(s) exist, you will be paid for the week claimed. what do this mean. I have already did my claims examiner and approve with my determination letter.

Each week you are claiming, you are asked questions. These questions want to know things about your work search, job offers and refusals, availability to work, able to work, did some work, got paid for some work, etc. I suspect you answered one of them wrong which will now require unemployment to investigate your answer and see if it disqualifies you from benefits for that period or for the rest of the claim.

Did anything occur during that period such as refusing work, being out of the state, attending school, sick, Anything? Do you remember how you answered the questions? The letter is pointing to something you answered while responding to the weekly certification questionnaire.

Hi,
I have the exact same issue. Did you hear anything yet? It’s been 2 weeks since I certified and heard nothing

Hi Rabrrita,
May I ask you something. The question they asked if i were attending school, I answered yes. But it was a mistake. Do you have any idea what I should do now or how are they gonna do with my case?
Thank you
Trang
