you're stressing out over something that doesn't matter anymore.
I suspect she's just shy of the eight weeks and is pulling out all the stops. I don't blame her, but she needs to step up her game. "Harassment" is a conclusion. She is going to have to prove with specificity what happened, and what she put in her letter of resignation and why she waited until she had a new job to actually quit will weigh heavily against her.
Then you can stop talking about the harassment. Just save and be prepared to submit your paystubs, and if they qualify you based on 8 and 10, then you don't have to waste your breath on how awful your prior job was. It's very much the path of least resistance.
Just to clarify, when did you resign from your old employer and what did you say in your resignation letter?
When did you start work at this new company and what was your last date working for them?
You said the company is closing, so can you just verify that they did actually do a layoff due to the closing and not that for whatever reason they are the ones saying quit as well?

No. She had a job, quit, worked for two months at this new job, and then this place closed. She got a double adjudication. This most recent separation is clearly nondisqualifying, but the reason she quit her prior job could be a factor unless she's worked and earned 8 and 10, or had a good cause to quit the job from two months ago.
O.K., I just thought the OP said she wrote "Quit/harassment" as reason for leaving the new (last job) and I'm wondering if that mistake is causing an issue.

I mean second to last job. Sorry. They're closed down.
when I filed I wrote quit for new job and due to harassment.
She wrote it a little funny, but if you read it slow. . .

it shouldn't be causing a problem. I read it wrong that first time too, and thought the same thing you did, but then it just didn't make sense. My eyes were ignoring the "for."
