Hi I was just let go aka terminated,I filed but I got letters in the mail for a phone interview...The word misconduct is used...Will they deny me?? It also has the word non-montary what does that mean?

Nonmonetary means they want to know more about the misconduct. Why were you discharged? If employer is accusing you of anything, in most cases your best off not taking the interview. Nothing you say will help you if employer alleges wrongdoing and you could very easily say things that further harm you or, worse yet, the interviewer will "hear" things you didn't say. If you are denied, your issues will be better evaluated at appeal. No interviewer will adjudicate a he said/she said situation.

If by some chance employer doesn't allege misconduct, barring any other issues, your claim should be approved - even without an interview.

I resigned from my job and, moved back to Indy to help my mom due too my dad getting very ill I am waiting on a letter letting me know if I was approved for Unemployment. Do anyone knows how that works I have been waiting since April and its June now.

I am still waiting on a paper to see if I was approved or denied benefits but it's been over six weeks but I keep calling in my claims?
