Is everyone seeing the same thing?

1. To apply for a new unemployment claim or reopen an existing claim, click the link below. This application cannot be used to reopen an existing claim if you last collected EUC (extended benefits). Do not call the Reemployment Call Center regarding additional extended benefits; you will receive a determination letter and instructions on when to claim these benefits. This information will be mailed no later than December 19, 2008.

2. To claim a weekly benefit payment, click the link below. This service is only available from 7am (EST), to 6pm (EST), Monday through Friday.

When I click on 1., it says "The application is currently being updated and is temporarily unavailable. Please check back again after 7:30 AM."

When I click on 2., it redirects me to this link: https://wnjpin.state.nj.us/cont/cont.htm

The site seems to be back up, but still can't claim weekly benefits. It says,

"The Online Certification Application is unavailable due to scheduled weekly maintenance.

Please wait until 7:00 am Monday to access this application to claim weekly benefits."
