I just started Tier 2 in PA, I assume since its ending about Sept 15th, Tier 3 will only give me 9 weeks then its done?

From what I understand Tier 3 would have to start before Sept 15th for me to get the full 14 weeks??

You get 9 weeks Tier 3, 10 weeks Tier IV. It's a wash. Tier 3 previously was 13 weeks, Tier 4 @ 6 weeks. Total 19 weeks either way.

I definitely don't think I'm getting tier 4 in PA! I think the UE rate has to be 9%. Its currently at 7.4%, at least by "Govt" standards.

You are correct. I forgot about the Tier IV trigger and don't know PA's UE rate without looking it up.

If PA's rate doesn't rise sufficiently, you get 9 weeks Tier 3.
