These job websites are "sponsored" or run by Department of Labor Workforce and/or One Stop Centers (ex: employflorida.com).
If you are collecting unemployment, you are required by some/all? states to create a profile and do 5 job searches a week and apply to 5 jobs within a month or you risk losing your unemployment...

What I've found is the same companies or Employment Agencies run the same jobs over and over again.

"Prospective" employers who view your resume flood your email with spam or call you and attempt to "recruit" you in either a MLM or commission only company...

When you apply for a job, it's either by email or on the company website and you go through a tedious application process and "test" questions...then you wait...

My question is: has anyone actually found a job using this site or even a job interview?

No, and I was on it for over a year and applied to many, many jobs through it.
