With me, I am usually not only okay but fantastically okay for it is Samantha Stevens coming to get me or Colonel Robert Hogan or James West. Even when it was Captain Stubing, well at least he had a ship with lots of crew.
But looking at others, who are watching current TV, they are usually not so well off.
So is that a sign of current TV selections, fun to watch and laugh at......but you certainly wouldn't want to be around them?
Usually when I get them, I can answer that for whoever it is, whoever my witch in shinning armor, perhaps, is, I have no worries.
My TV is extremely selective in that I only watch what I want. It is extremely structured in that each night is theme specified, like last night being DIE, SPY! and tonight being SUPERCHICK.
I wonder, though, for those who watch what is currently provided on TV (be it broadcast, cable, stream), if they are not so fortunate to so often "have the ball land on their number"?
Does the current style of TV doom us more than it saves us? Is that the reason the meme is so popular?
My wife usually watches Golden Girls reruns right before bedtime, and I usually check FB first thing when I get to work so I most likely haven't watched anything between, which means it's either Dorothy, Sophia, Blanche, or Rose.
OP has selective TV... We are doomed... TVs taking over....
Otherwise, it's typical obsessive compulsive behavior.
