If you liked Freak and Geeks…..I recommend My Mad Fat Diary on Netflix… (movies, series)

Just found out about this series. Incredible cast. The acting is off the hook. If you like stories about teenage angst and alienation, but without clichés and cheesy scenes, this is for you! Great references to the 90’s music scene, and the feud between Oasis and Blur, since its set in England.

I have to admit though: Narration in movies and TV ALWAYS turns me off.

Yeah, it has a lot of that, but I don't think it took away from the series itself.
